A Message from the Author
I'll be the first to admit, this book reads like a farce.
Nothing within these pages resembles a professional product whatsoever. At best, it's a beautify organized mess with a functional game system buried within. At worst, it's a satire of the gaming genre as a whole. I know that's a hell of a sales pitch, but I see it as less of a bug and more of a feature.
I wanted to approach the book with a carefree tone but I had no idea how deep into the weeds I would get.
Upon completion, I realized that I had a unique opportunity on my hands. I could scrap all the silliness and have a
bog-standard rulebook, or I could let it ride and have something entirely unique. This is, after all, my voice, and it felt wrong sterilizing it for the purposes of making sales.

So, with my fingers crossed and my heart at peace, I offer up this weird bullshit to the masses. Even if it's a total failure, I can move on knowing my most raw and unfiltered self is represented on the page. For better or for worse. Afterall, Zerth is a place tailor-made for excessive behavior. It only seemed fitting.
